Yoga for the Good Life Immersion
The Bodhana Yoga School program features two programs of study so that you can tailor your experience to your own unique goals.

he Yoga for the Good Life Immersion consists of three weekends centered around the practices of yoga such as asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation and cultivating a daily practice. This immersion is for those who want to study yoga more deeply but who may not necessarily want to be teachers.
Topics of Study will include:
- Cultivating a Daily Practice
- Mantra
- Anatomy and the Anusara Principles of Alignment
- Pranayama and the Subtle Energy Body, including Chakras and Nadis
- Meditation
- Nada Yoga / Kirtan
- Yoga Philosophy & Ancient Wisdom from the Ancient Texts
For students who are interested in becoming a yoga teacher, this series of immersions lays the foundations of yoga deep in your roots so that you may continue brilliantly on to the Teacher Training Program.
The cost of the Yoga for the Good Life Immersion is $700 if paid in advance or $250 per weekend. Dates are Sept 9-11, Oct 7-9, Nov 11-13, 2011.
